Created in 2016 by a team of Kentucky-based distillers aiming to bridge the gap between traditional London Dry style and American craft gins. The name pays homage to Kentucky's rich equestrian heritage.

Manufacturing Method

Utilizes a unique two-step distillation process. The base spirit is made from Kentucky corn, followed by a botanical basket distillation featuring 12 ingredients. Key botanicals include juniper, coriander, angelica root, and locally sourced mint and lavender.
